EXTREME

Extreme is a two-component silicone rubber used for making high-quality elastic molds for casting copies, prototypes, models....

Extreme copies even the most complicated details (up to one thousand of a millimetre) from the original. The copies have practically the same dimensions as the original (shrinkage is 0,05%).

Extreme can be used at room temperatures or at temperatures up to 60°C.

Used for casting gypsum, polyesther, epoxy, polyurethane resins, wax, soap, cement (Kremenit, Epox 210, Modelit Speed, Modelit Standard, Vista, Kristal PS, Stonit....)

The molds are very elastic and have high tear strength.

Curing time is 2-3 hours.

WARNING: When using originals made from porous materials use a release agent (Release agent SAM, release agent V-1 or release agent V-5).

USAGE

Thoroughly mix components A and B. Pot life is 10-15 minutes. Put the original into an appropriate frame and brush on a thin layer of the silicone rubber. Pour the silicone rubber into the frame. Wait for the curing to complete. Final hardness is achieved after 24 hours at 23°C.
